    Propwash Airport 16X consists of 58 one acre lots at an exclusive Residential flying community airpark, with aviation related business allowed. There are adjacent paved & lighted (60’x3000’) and turf runways[17/35].  This is a Public use - privately owned air park that is just minutes from the Texas Motor Speedway within easy reach of everything that Dallas  /  Ft. Worth has to offer. The property owners dues for 2011 are $542.

     The Hangar and the Home are on the East (Left Side) of the runway. 7th building down on the left is the home, and the 8th is the detached hanger. Right across from the taxiway in the center of the airport

    Propwash Airport 16X is just North of Fort Worth Alliance Airport. You are able to see parts of the airshow from your back or front yard. 

    In this view you are able to see the runway. Across from the taxiway is the hangar and just to the right of the hangar is the home. Both the home and the hangar are 1 acre lots. You could build another hangar behind the home, or build a home in from of the hangar. You could even sell off one of the property's.
