View of the hangar Doors wide open. These three doors that open to more then 50 foot wide. There is an outside sitting area to the left behind the bushes to watch the views from the runway. Great place to read the paper in the mornings, or sit outside with the neighbors. Can even bring a laptop and sit outsides using the home WIFI connection. There is also a personal door to the far right that leads out to an out door grilling area, and the area for smoking some good old Texas BBQ in the smoker.
This is a view of the inside of the hangar. There is a super large 6 person spa and also a sitting area. A great place to relax after a long flight, or with that special someone !!!!
This is a close up view of the sitting area and spa. I found a neon sign that said waxing, so what a perfect fit for this area. (Wife was not to impressed, but its funny to see) You can also open the hangar doors at night and look up and see the stars. Light the candles on the wall. I also had a TV in the far corner, but moved it to the shop area. Also have a heater here to keep the towels warm.
This is a view of the 2 gar garage that will fit between 2 cars, or 4 cars, or even 6 cars if you pull them forward. The 10 foot wide garage doors will even fit a full size 3500 dually truck.
This view is at the basketball half court line. (Yes there is a full sized basketball court in the hangar with two professional goals included. How cool is that !)
This is a view of the garage doors, and a great sitting area in the hangar. We even have an outdoor heater so can sit out when it is cold.
Another view of the 10 foot wide garage doors and sitting area. There is also a half bathroom in the hangar as you can see the door to the left. It under the 15 inch hanging DJ speaker. We also had the garage doors openers replaced about a year ago. We upgraded them to commercial openers.
This view is looking from the corner of the hangar. You can see the 8 person bar on the right. We have had 6 cars in the hangar and 6 aircraft in the hangar at one time. Tight fit, but worked. Again, you can take the planes out of the hangar, open the hangar doors, crank up the sound system and have one hell of a party in here. You can also see the 3 disco balls hanging from the ceiling. The hangar also has 9 large hangar lights. I also still have "holiday" lights hanging from the rafters. Looks real cool at night.
This is a view of the hangar before we repainted the floor. Was a gray color before we had it repainted to a light brown as you can see in the other photos and then we added the full size basketball court. You can see you can tuck an aircraft in many ways in this large hangar. Even room for a full size RV or even pull in a motor home along with your aircraft.

From this photo we would move cars around to the half court line and still have room for 3 or more planes. You can even open a business in the hangar because that is allowed from the HOA/POA. This hangar is zoned commercial. You can even open up a flight school and turn the game room (My current setup) to a lounge and office for your business.
This is a view of the sitting area again, and looking into the living room of the house. Full glass doors to see your toys from the home.
This is a view of the DJ Music Station area and the downstairs large garage shop. This is where you can store your golf cart (A Must Have), lawnmower, tools, and a work bench. Even has a window AC to keep you cool while working on a project, or a place for you to build a home aircraft project. You can also see a bar with a place for 8 bar chairs to the right under the windows of the 4 bedroom, or the office area. We have had some very large party's in the hangar. We turn our hangar into a night club when we do. You can see the DJ lights on the ceiling, and also the very large 15 inch and 18 inch sub woofers. Very clean and loud sound. The music DJ station also plays music in the home. We have had live bands come in and said this sound system is better then the clubs they have played in.
This is a photo of the downstairs shop and part of the in the hangar bar. You can also see two barn doors over the shop. These doors open up so can use a forklift, or winch to bring heavy items upstairs.
This is a close up of the downstairs garage shop area and the DJ station. There is a dual DJ CD player, 5 disk player, amp, cross over, 2 mixers, and two mics. There is also a weather station attached, and a aviation radio that has a large antenna on the roof to hear the traffic. I have the aviation radio speakers also attached to two areas in the home so can hear the air traffic from inside the shop, the hangar, the office, and even the kitchen area.
This is the view of the downstairs shop. The door on the left is the stair case that goes upstairs to a super large wood shop area and storage area. I have a 8 foot work bench with room for a large tool box. You can also see the AC window unit on the top left of the photo to keep you cool. It also has a remote control. I keep all of my tools in this garage shop area and my junk to keep out of the hangar. I even store my 50 inch lawn mower, a small trailer, and even my golf cart. This photo only shows half of the area.
This is a view going upstairs to the wood shop, work out area, and storage area from the downstairs shop area as you saw the door from the photo above. The stairs are very wide and professionally built.
This is a view of the upstairs wood shop area and storage. The next photo below shows more of the storage area.
This view is of the upstairs wood shop bench to the far right, and plenty of room and I do mean plenty of room for storage. We even thought about turning the upstairs area into a media room. You can finish this area off pretty cheep. Can have about 8 foot ceiling or more if you cover the beams.
This view is over the downstairs garage shop area. You can see the two barn doors to the left that you can open up to bring large items upstairs and downstairs. You can see the barn doors from other hangar photos above. We used this area for storage and a large workout area. You can also finish this area off for another 5th bedroom, or office, or media room. You can do so much with this area. You can also cover the area over the spa and make more storage area as well.
